We are recruiting a Processing Operator that is organized, reliable, flexible and will help us deliver our mission to have a big impact in a high growth and exciting industry.  This role is responsible for supporting our detail-oriented processing team with operating machinery, trimming, and sorting activities as we grow our Delta Facility.


  • Processing and packaging cannabis batches as per processing schedule
  • Report any quality issues of cannabis throughout all stages of processing
  • Perform harvesting activities such as hanging, de-fanning, and leaf removal, recording each activity
  • Assist with the complete drying process and ensure the dried product meets required specifications
  • Perform trimming & sorting activities
  • Weigh, combine and manage bulk inventories, ensuring accurate weights
  • Operating processing and bulk packing machinery
  • Ensure all cleanliness of all processing work areas, tools, and equipment. Perform sanitation skills such as area cleans, tools/equipment cleans and turn arounds
  • Ensure cleanliness of production tools and equipment, assure they are always safe and in working-condition; Report issues to Supervisors as required
  • Complete moisture testing, water activity monitoring, sample collections and assist with other analysis
  • Assist with monitoring dry-room environments and assure all equipment is working accurately
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a clear and legible
  • Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures/ Quality and Compliance requirements.
  • Utilizing a continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in processes.
  • Responsible for product safety, pre-requisite programs, and product quality for the designated areas. Report any product safety and product quality issues to management immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with cannabis (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to be on your feet all day
  • Willingness to learn and work hard
  • Able to work weekends or irregular hours
  • Your own transportation is preferred as bus service to this location is challenging
