As the Packaging Supervisor, you and your team are critical in delivering an incredible consumer and patient experience.


  • Supervise the packaging process & help motivate the team to hit/exceed production goals
  • Optimize packaging processes
  • Support modifications and improvements on the production
  • Supervise packaging processes and labour force resources to achieve targets
  • Schedule all packaging activities
  • Support Quality Team to ensure quality and compliance of product. Ensure all quality forms are complete and accurate. Update procedures and SOPs to high standard
  • Ensure all final packaged products meet requirements
  • Ensure compliance with GPP, GMP and all relevant Acts and Regulations
  • Ensure the dried product meets required specifications. Ensures data-collection and maintenance
  • Ensure all equipment is safely operated and stored, while communicating with Maintenance Teams
  • Train team members to the latest revisions regularly
  • Role model the mission, vision and values of Rubicon Organics
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Packaging Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Packaging Supervisor who wants to leave a tangible legacy

  • You are an agile and hands on supervisor with the ability to schedule all packaging related activities
  • You lead the team with passion and an eye for process improvements
  • You train employees to ensure compliance and quality


  • Possesses Supervisory experience of high-performance team in a production setting
  • Has experience in training new employees to maintain a high level of safety, quality, and compliance with regards to SOPs
  • Has proven experience in implementing KPI’s for team members
  • Has supervised a team of 25+
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Has the flexibility to work variable hours and shifts including weekends
  • Has experience building a sustainable operation with minimal waste and environmental impact
  • Fluent in Hindi/Punjabi is an asset
  • Knowledge in LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing a plus (SQDC)
