We are on our journey to achieving our vision to be the global brand leader in organic cannabis: Our state of the art hybrid greenhouse in Delta, BC is now fully operational and licensed; we have just planted our new outdoor grow site; we have recently received our Sales license.  We have launched our first Canadian brand, Simply Bare Organic to rave reviews.

We are recruiting a Packaging Operator that is organized, reliable, flexible and will help us deliver our mission to have a big impact in a high growth and exciting industry.  This role is responsible for supporting our packaging team with a focus on quality, precision, and fulfillment during routine and peak periods at our Delta Facility.


  • Processing and packing batches as per crop plan and supply plan
  • Assemble, operate, and monitor filling equipment across multiple production lines.
  • Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks, following GMPs
  • Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of a product
  • Ensure containers / Pre-rolls are being filled at the required rate to maintain production standards and scheduled attainment
  • Package for retail: Label, stamp and prepare packaged products for shipment
  • Assist in fulfillment and shipping during peak periods
  • Adjust container filling as per mentioned on recipe cards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues
  • Ensure the proper packaging materials are used for each product
  • Manage and maintain scales and other equipment on packaging line as required
  • Ensure equipment is disassembled and properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a clear and legible
  • Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures/ Quality and Compliance requirements
  • Utilizing a continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in processes
  • Responsible for product safety, pre-requisite programs, and product quality for the designated areas. Report any product safety and product quality issues to management immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
